Anusara Yoga: Founded by John Friend in 1997; Anusara Yoga is a hatha yoga system that unifies
Universal Principles of Alignment with a non-dual Tantric philosophy that is epitomized by a "celebration of
the heart."

Core Body Wisdom: Precise physiological/anatomical approach for finding balance through alignment.
$275/12 classes or $25 per class, Class Cards may not be used for this class.

Happy Hour Flow: TGIF! Precise alignment mingles with flow, fluid breath and a restorative posture or
two.  Relax, relieve stress and enter the weekend refreshed.  

Hatha Yoga:  Classical yoga methods integrated with the use of props & detailed instruction for precise
alignment.

Iyengar Yoga: Based on the methods of B.K.S. Iyengar; Classical yoga that blends awareness,
intelligence, and breath to stretch body and mind.  Systematic sequencing, precision, and individual
attention are hallmarks of the method.

Jivamukti Yoga: Class consists of a creative, flowing, vinyasa sequence, inspirational music, breath
awareness, meditation, ancient yogic teachings for the modern mind, hands-on alignment, and relaxation.
Jivamukti Yoga attempts for integrate the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga practices,
that originated in India, into the modern lifestyle - without losing sight of the ancient and universal goal of
the practices which is liberation.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan: Kundalini Yoga is a combination of postures and exercises,
breathing, meditation and mantra.  The kundalini is one's creative potential, one's soul nerve.  Each class
involves an opening mantra, followed by warm-ups, and then a main kriya, or sequence, that produces a
given effect.  Examples of kriyas are: to strengthen the nervous system, to benefit the kidneys, to open
the heart center, to improve digestion, to alleviate insomnia, etc.  The class concludes with a meditation,
followed by a final relaxation and closing mantra.  Each class is unique.

Powerful Flow:  A challenging, energetic and flowing class that synchronizes breath with movement.  
One can expect a cardiovascular and strength building workout in this class.

Slow Flow Yoga: A slower paced vinyasa class that allows the student to move more deeply into the
postures and discover a calming "meditation in motion".  This class is great for beginners and seasoned
yogis alike.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: An energetic, rejuvenating and thoughtful yoga practice that connects the poses
and breath.

Yoga Basics: A slow flowing introduction to Yoga poses promoting flexibility, strength and healing in the
body. An excellent class for beginners or for those wishing to relax and slow things down.

Restivus Yoga: A class geared toward enabling practitioners to further their yoga practice through
understanding their individual alignment, available modifications and breathing techniques.

The Feldenkrais Method: is an organic learning process, setup in group classes, called Awareness
Through Movements
, where students are verbally guided through gentle, structured and functional
movements highlighting habits to allow for changes in neuro-muscular patterns resulting in more efficient
and pain free motion as well as increased sensitivity and vitality.  This class is suitable for drop-ins and is
$15 per class.
